Background:

This regulated qualification is for learners that wish to demonstrate their knowledge in the Initial Verification and Testing of electrical installation systems in the UK.   • Be able to complete and report the outcome of the initial verification and issue the electrical installation certificate to the client

Pre-requisites:

There are no formal pre-requisites to this qualification but it is recommended that candidates should have suitable knowledge of electrical theory and ideally be working within the electrical or a related industry. Candidates should contact their local centre for further advice and guidance on suitability to undertake the qualification.
