Express Certification 

Where available, a Customer or Candidate may request the express certification service offered by the relevant Awarding Body. Any request is subject to the Awarding Body’s acceptance, requirements, timescales and additional fees, together with any administration charge notified by CCTS before submission.

For Non-Account Holders, CCTS must receive full payment of all course, assessment, certification and express-service charges before submitting the request. For Account Holders, the account must remain within its agreed credit terms and credit limit. CCTS may require payment of the express-service charge in advance.

Express certification is a priority-processing service only. It means that the Candidate’s completed portfolio or certification application is moved ahead of applications awaiting standard processing—effectively placing it at the top of the processing queue. It does not bypass or reduce any assessment, verification, moderation,quality-assurance or approval requirements.

Express processing will not begin until CCTS has received complete and correct registration and assessment documentation and all information required by the Awarding Body. An express request does not guarantee that a certificate will be issued by a particular date, as certification remains subject to the Awarding Body’s verification, moderation and final approval.

CCTS will submit an accepted express request promptly but will not be liable for delays, refusal of certification or other matters outside its reasonable control. Unless caused by CCTS failing to submit the request within a reasonable time, express-service and administration fees are non-refundable once the request has been submitted to the Awarding Body.
