An electrician has given CCTS Centre Manager, David Baalham the shock of his life. In all his years of delivering training courses, the highest pass rate David had ever seen was 98%. However, this was to change when Mark Hughes sat down to take the online exam for the 18th Edition. Mark scored a perfect 100%. “I thought I had seen it all,” said David. “This was just an incredible achievement from Mark. 98% was the highest I have ever seen and that was with the 17th Edition – if you get between 70% and 90% you are doing very well. So for Mark to get 100%, it is astounding – he deserves a lot of credit.” Mark went on further with CCTS. He completed his City and Guilds 2391-52 Initial and Periodic Testing and Inspection, and also City and Guilds 2377-22 In house service and Inspection of Electrical Equipment with great success, passing both courses with flying colours. CCTS provides quality training courses and assessments within the building services and general construction sector for operatives within the construction, gas, oil, electric, plumbing, refrigeration and renewable energy industries. CCTS City & Guilds (2382-18) 18th Edition training course is for experienced electricians and those related to the Electrical Industry requiring a working knowledge of the British Standard BS7671:2018 (2018) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. It is a Level 3 RQF qualification.
